About Fenfiber

What is Fenfiber?

Fenfiber is a soft, soluble fiber derived from the fenugreek seed. It takes about 100 grams of fenugreek seed to create 25 grams of Fenfiber.

Fenfiber is 100% Canadian. Every bottle is traceable to the Saskatchewan farm and is manufactured in a Health Canada-licensed facility in Avonlea, Saskatchewan, Canada — allowing us to provide the highest quality and safety assurance.

What is the recommended intake of Fenfiber for Heartburn?

To help with frequent heartburn we recommend:

  • Start by taking 1-2 capsules, with a full glass of water, at night or in the morning.
  • If heartburn continues, take 1-2 capsules at least 5-10 minutes before each meal.

What is the recommended intake of Fenfiber for blood sugar and cholesterol?

To help manage blood sugar spikes after a meal and high cholesterol we recommend:

  • Start by taking 1 capsule, with a full glass of water, 5-10 minutes before each meal.
  • After a couple of days start taking 2-3 capsules, with a full glass of water, 5-10 minutes before each meal.

Why is Fenfiber better than other fiber supplements?

The predominant soluble fiber in Fenfiber consists of a mannose backbone with galactose side units of a 1:1 ratio. The unique molecular structure enhances the structural integrity of Fenfiber compared to other soluble fibers.

This results in Fenfiber having a strong impact on protecting your digestive system which creates these three outcomes:

  • Creating a barrier for acid rising into the esophagus
  • Delaying the absorption of carbohydrates, thereby affecting postprandial glucose response
  • Bonding to bile salts to prevent reabsorption from the small intestine
