  • Start by taking 1-2 capsules, with a full glass of water, at night or in the morning.
  • If heartburn continues, take 1-2 capsules at least 5-10 minutes before each meal.

To help manage blood sugar spikes after a meal and high cholesterol, we recommend: 

  • Start by taking 1 capsule, with a full glass of water, 5-10 minutes before each meal.
